This is a 2-color crochet square motif (granny-style blocks arranged to form a diamond pattern when joined). Iโ€™ll explain step by step how to make ONE square, then how the big pattern is formed.

Use single crochet join

  1. Hold two squares wrong sides together
  2. Insert hook through both loops
  3. Sc across
